• Mjust have to have an experience to hand worlds` renowned customers such as – Pull & Bea, LC WAIKIKI, Next & Perry Ellis.      

A reputed knit garment is looking for dynamic Deputy Manager who will be responsible for driving a merchandising strategy that ensures profitability while building a long-term collaboration with brand partners, merchandiser, buyers, and suppliers.     

• Experienced for handling worlds` renowned customers such as – Pull & Bea, LC WAIKIKI, Next & Perry Ellis.       

• Supervise, coordinate and lead a merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge Knit garments.

• The candidate must have technical efficiency, trouble shooting ability and leadership quality to lead his team independently.

• Ability to determine appropriate price quotation (excellent practical knowledge on correct consumption, costing and pricing) so that the company can ensure sales orders and maintain profitability.

• Must have sound knowledge of costing, tech packs, yarns, fabrics, trims and accessories etc. and to scrutinize and authenticate the cost sheets / budget sheets of the merchandising dept. in order to control costs.

• Should have strong technical knowledge of Pattern, Knit Fabric, Dyeing, Print, Embroidery, Garments wash and finishing process.

• Prepare strategic Time & Action Plan for the smooth handling of the orders, to monitor and to make sure that all the order handling operations are running accordingly and the shipments are done with the right quantity and quality.

• Must have the skill, experience and professionalism of holding meetings with buyers independently and materializing the marketing objectives.

• Must have wide know-how on buying network and concrete experience in marketing and order procurement with having the skill of high degree correspondence and analysis.

• Liaise and coordinate with different departments for the smooth functioning of the orders from inquiry up to shipment.

• Proper execution of orders according to planned "Time and Action Plan" on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity·

• Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
