∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
∎ FSSC, HACCP, and Basic hands-on experience in lab testing in the Biscuit industry and Any degree in food and nutrition will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1) Develop and implement quality procedures, standards & specifications to improve the production process to ensure standard quality with the guidance of the Head of Quality.
∎ 2) Perform and ensure Raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods testing meet local and international regulatory requirements and report to the Head of Quality
∎ 3) Have adequate knowledge/hands-on experience in QC testing of RM/PM in a biscuit industry with knowledge of handling and operation of QC lab equipment.
∎ 4) Assure the consistency and reliability of the final output by checking & controlling the operational parameters
∎ 5) Perform shelf-life stability study analysis of Existing products and ongoing products.
∎ 6) Maintain proper documentation and perform statistical analysis
∎ 7) Facilitate a proactive approach by collecting and analyzing quality data
∎ 8) Keep records of statistical reviews, quality reports, and relevant quality documentation
∎ 9) Report day-to-day quality-related issues to the head of Quality & take preventive action
∎ 10) Plan, execute, and monitor on-line quality testing
∎ 11) Provide product ingredient list, and nutritional facts information of every new product.12) Perform an internal audit. With coordination to Warehouse, Engineering, Production
∎ 13) Monitor Hygiene and sanitation reports and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ 14) Pest control Monitoring & reporting to the Head of Quality.
∎ 15) Develop a product wrapper diagram according to packing materials measurement
∎ 16) Support employees to develop their careers within the organization through the implementation of training & development programs aligned to business goals.
∎ 17) Responsible for handling any Consumer and customer complaints.
∎ 18) Responsible for ensuring legal body Approval (BSTI) and valid license is in place.
∎ 19) Any other job assigned by Management
