∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To analyze and adapting with new marketing policies;
∎ Must have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ To prepare planning & execute accordingly to expand the market; To take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities;
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members;
∎ Actively assist in developing a strong communication platform for NRBs. Help develop a quality database of NRBs. Also, develop an effective tool of result-oriented follow-ups and sales to NRBs and expatriates;
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
∎ Regular basis Market visit and attending the meeting with potential clients;
∎ Work in the marketing team as an active member and maintain individual visit to clients followed by ensured sales;
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy;
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to immediate supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years Real Estate Sales experience .
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate Marketing, Market Research,
∎ ability to work under pressure.
∎ Well groomed, energetic.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
∎ skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
