∎ Reports to: Director of Marketing & Sale
∎ We are looking to engage a Marketing Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager for our highly successful property development company. This would suit someone who is currently working in a senior Marketing position within the property and land (property) estate industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To analyze and adapting with new marketing policies.
∎ Developing and implementing successful Marketing & sales strategies
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
∎ Responsible for achieving aggressive monthly targets.
∎ Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management densifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
∎ Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
∎ Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks .
∎ Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally.
∎ Must have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ To prepare planning & execute accordingly to expand the market; To take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
∎ Regular basis outdoor visit and attending the meeting with potential clients.
∎ Work in the Sales team as an active member and maintain individual visit to clients followed by ensured sales.
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to immediate supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 and maximum 5+ years related experience is mandatory Real Estate Sales & Marketing experience.
∎ Core Competencies: - Dynamic, proactive, hardworking & willing to work under pressure. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation). Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization
∎ Age 23 to 35 years, both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ This position requires excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bangla. Computer literacy is required.
Salary:
∎ 35000 to 50000 BDT with attractive remuneration package and other facilities will be offered for the deserving candidates as per company policy.
