∎ Age at least 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor all quality related issues for the Dyeing, Dyeing finishing unit as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Give extensive effort to improve quality control methods of entire Dyeing & Dyeing finishing department continuously & support the company to achieve its projected budget.
∎ Responsible for Quality Assurance of the products as per customer requirement and requirement of the international standard.
∎ Build up an efficient and competent quality team and maintain a good harmony with inter and intra department.
∎ Lead the process of checking Finished fabrics, find out defects & take decision (pass or fail).
∎ Ensures that Finished fabrics are meeting buyer's requirements & follow up finish fabrics inspection and quality report both roll and batch wise.
∎ Responsible to maintains team discipline and closely monitors compliance procedure.
∎ Effectively utilize available workforce & other resource to bring shade approvals from buying house.
∎ Ensure seamless communication with cross functional team as well as buying office for to sort out operational challenges swiftly
