∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Expatriates Management , payroll management, Recruitment Selection, Talent Acquisition
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Manpower Recruitment, Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track and identify prospective candidates using variety of channels including local and international opportunities;
∎ Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites and on social media platforms;
∎ Assessing applicant's qualifications according to the job requirements & job specification provided by clients;
∎ Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
∎ Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;
∎ Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process;
∎ Prepare or develop an Assessment Module for different job openings;
∎ Ensure that compensation & Benefits practices are in compliance with current legislation;
∎ Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures;
∎ Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain, update payroll information and resolve payroll discrepancies;
∎ Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this;
∎ Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed;
∎ Maintaining other responsibilities such as. Employee Onboarding & Separation formalities;
∎ Identify and assess training needs within a company according to training need analysis;
∎ Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs;
∎ Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities and modify training needs as per client needs;
∎ Evaluate training effectiveness;
∎ Time Allocation - HR Operation (70%), Client Relations and Development (15%).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English;
∎ Good computer skills like LinkedIn profile preparation, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, R&D for different issues form internet etc.
∎ Good analytical skill;
∎ Good presentation skill;
∎ Attitude to work with Team;
∎ Excellent leadership skills to manage the team.

Salary: Negotiable
