Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different brand code of conduct.
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues, etc.
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure on, SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD, ALLIANCE, ISO, WRAP and other certification programs
∎ Implement corrective actions plans and monitor to completion;
∎ Support 3rd party factory audits per buyers' requirements
∎ Create monthly activities review and forecast;
∎ Conduct announced and unannounced advisory meetings with factory management teams;
∎ Work closely with internal customers and management teams as the focal point for all compliance matters;
∎ Conduct factory assessment for social compliance.
∎ Develop plans of actions with factories, and assist in implementation accordingly;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have prior knowledge of Buyers standards, Local Law, Bangladesh Accord, BNBC code and/or NFPA standards and regulations.
∎ Working experience in compliance with garment factories.
∎ Must know the office package and English and Bangla typing.
∎ Good communication and presentation skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Able to work in challenging situations.
∎ Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.

Salary: Negotiable
