Responsibilities & Context:

1. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients, distributors, government, and institutional accounts.

  • Execute strategies to increase B2B sales volume and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop customized proposals, pricing plans, and partnership offers for different client segments.

  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.

2. Account Management

  • Manage existing B2B accounts and maintain regular engagement to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any service or delivery issues promptly.

  • Ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met for all B2B clients.

3. Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new B2B trends and opportunities.

  • Provide insights to management on pricing, promotions, and product bundling strategies.

  • Support in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns or trade partnerships.

4. Channel Development

  • Build strong networks with channel partners, system integrators, and resellers.

  • Ensure alignment with national B2B policies and territory-based sales strategy.

  • Track channel performance and recommend action plans for growth and retention.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.

  • Coordinate closely with product, marketing, and service teams for end-to-end B2B support.

  • Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment realization.

6. Team Collaboration

  • Support and guide field teams or junior executives in achieving their KPIs.

  • Participate in regular sales reviews, training, and strategy sessions.
