Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including office maintenance, vendor management, and procurement of office supplies.
Ensure efficient service delivery by receptionists, cleaners, security personnel, and other support staff.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, handling venue booking, catering, and logistical support.
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external vendors to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations, as needed.
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and procedures within the office premises.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for management, as required.
