Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including office maintenance, vendor management, and procurement of office supplies.

  • Ensure efficient service delivery by receptionists, cleaners, security personnel, and other support staff.

  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, handling venue booking, catering, and logistical support.

  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external vendors to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations, as needed.

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and procedures within the office premises.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for management, as required.

  • Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in regulations or organizational policies.
