∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, CRM Software, Customer Relation, Customer Support/ Client Service, Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain relationship with the customers and their key personnel
∎ Generate sales and communicate them to the sales team. Follow up on the progress of the leads until they are successfully converted.
∎ Provide customers with up-to-date information on product and solutions.
∎ Conduct surveys and reviews to gauge client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that client needs are met efficiently
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Required Business and other Skills:Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Support/ Client Service, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/ Services, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Tele Marketing.
∎ Required Technical Skills: CRM Software, Fluent in speaking English, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
