Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost & Management Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the monthly cost forecasts and ensure all targets are met within the stipulated time.
∎ Responsible for the preparation of product cost budget and report thereon.
∎ Responsible to ensure that there is accurate recording of product costing in the appropriate journals and ledgers.
∎ Responsible to ensure the arrangement of cost of production to material costs, wages, and overhead costs.
∎ Responsible for the valuation of finished goods and report accordingly.
∎ Responsible to ensure appropriate allocation of overhead costs to respective cost centers.
∎ Responsible for the various analysis of production costs, product costs and compare with budget and industry standards.
∎ Responsible for the estimation of costs for new products/ customized products/ Unique products in order to establish prices of products and to forecast production.
∎ Responsible for the implementation of effective and efficient costing process to ensure highest quantity production at optimum cost.
∎ Responsible for the analysis of the production capacity, production plan, wastage management, downgrade production etc.
∎ Responsible for verification of product cost variables and highlights the potential control area.
∎ Responsible for the analysis/ forecast of the product cost variables like raw materials prices changes, government policies changes and highlights the potential impact on our business.
∎ Responsible for the calculation of the BOM pricing and wastage valuation.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working at manufacturing company.
∎ Confidence to work independently.
∎ Using Standard ERP software for production. ie. SAP, Oracle, Odoo.
∎ Have professional certificate in CA(CC) .
