Job Context:
∎ Basecamp is the first outdoor activity camp of the country. We have established country`s first camp ground along with on tree and on ground activities where city dwellers, both individuals and institutions, experience outdoor living, adventure and curriculum learning. We have been serving the adventure loving population of Bangladesh since 2014. With overwhelming success Basecamp, we have started 3 new initiatives named NeoCampers Bangladesh, Munlai Inclusive Tourism & Thousand Miles Expeditions, Bangladesh. We are currently in an expansion stage & require energetic & enthusiastic team members to take the company further ahead.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for all aspects of sales departments.
∎ Support and work with all Departments in all aspects of running this organization.
∎ Responsible for all aspects of Sales, Planning & Execution for Corporate Clients.
∎ Identify potential market/clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
∎ To plan, organize and take initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
∎ Managing team members to achieve comprehensive business goals
∎ Reservation, Management
∎ Any other duties assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ 3 years in hotel & tourism sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Corporate Sales,Client Management, Reservation handling.
∎ Being able to conversate fluently in Bengali & English
∎ Proficient is using Microsoft Office Suite
