Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare documents for expatriate staff joining & releasing formalities, joining reports, personal information, introducing emails to relevant entities, arrangement of joining kits, IT apparatus, etc. at the time of joining.
∎ Assist in preparing Expat's Joining/Separation/Salary documentation.
∎ Liaise with different banks for ensuring the salary process.
∎ Deal with expatriate employee banking, salary account opening, overseas fund transfer (remittance) relevant documentation, smart form fill-up for expatriate staff, remittance file opening & updating.
∎ Ensure air ticket booking & hotel reservation.
∎ Maintain liaison with the respective vendors for billing (collection, correction, submission, payment follow-up etc.)
∎ Protocol service at airport.
∎ Maintain liaison between various govt. & non-govt. organizations who are engaged with our company business (specially banks, airports, police, travel agents, airlines, hotels etc.).
∎ Arrange & coordinate meetings as per instruction & necessity, preparing meeting minutes for any assignment given by the superior.
∎ Make reports on various issues. Perform other duties as per management decision.
