∎ DVM/ B. Sc in AH from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Feed

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets.
∎ Preparing detailed Marketing Plan (including volume budget, revenue budget, item wise budget).
∎ Make detailed plans to achieve target with the help of management/supervisor.
∎ Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles.
∎ After sales services (dealer & farm visit)
∎ All customer compliant handling including feed & farm
∎ Give 'FEEDBACK' to the supervisor/management about the present/ future scenario of the market
∎ Motivate, train, develop and assist the team members
∎ Improve the skills of his team through direct helping/ counseling and working with them
∎ Observe the competitors and plan to be updates and act accordingly
∎ Monthly feed performance report send to HO
∎ Confirm all payment (Cattle Feed) to the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Person should have supervisory experience of minimum 4/5 persons for at least 2-3 years
∎ Experience in Animal Feed Industry will be preferred
∎ Basic computer operation knowledge
∎ Smart, Confident with excellent communication skill
