Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new lead pipelines and channels for steady flow of leads.
∎ Surveying market to identify potential clients.
∎ Developing and sustaining firm relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
∎ Build relationships with potential external parties, such as developers, architect firms, interior firms, and others, and liaise with them.
∎ Forecast sales levels to support the procurement team.
∎ Following up on hot and cold leads.
∎ Conveying the value proposition to clients and answering queries, and escalating complex queries to relevant teams.
∎ Work closely with the internal stakeholders and marketing departments to build the sales strategy and achieve the company's goals.
∎ Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and solve customer complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
