Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a unique brand identity and positioning strategy for our real estate projects.
∎ Craft a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with company values and market expectations.
∎ Research market trends and buyer preferences in the Bangladeshi real estate sector to tailor branding strategies effectively.
∎ Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties to diverse target audiences.
∎ Create and oversee advertising campaigns for online and offline media, including print, outdoor (billboards), digital, and event-based marketing.
∎ Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
∎ Lead Generation and Customer Engagement·
∎ Develop and manage lead generation strategies, including CRM-driven campaigns, online listings, open houses, and virtual tours.
∎ Drive customer engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships, improve brand loyalty, and enhance customer experience.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, create personalized marketing efforts, and close leads effectively.
∎ Develop a comprehensive digital strategy, including social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and email marketing, to increase reach and brand awareness.
∎ Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to attract leads and build community engagement around our brand.
∎ Leverage analytics tools to monitor digital performance and make data-driven adjustments for improved results.
∎ Conduct market research on real estate trends, property values, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
∎ Analyze competitor branding and marketing approaches to identify opportunities and differentiation strategies.
∎ Use insights to recommend adjustments in pricing, project positioning, and promotional tactics.
∎ Plan and organize promotional events, such as property expos, project launch events, and client appreciation gatherings.
∎ Establish relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate agents, media outlets, and influencers, to boost brand credibility.
∎ Represent the company at industry events and ensure a positive brand image is projected.
∎ Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated across all campaigns and projects.·
∎ Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met within scope and on schedule.
∎ Report to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements as needed.
