Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and executing Branding initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
∎ Maintain and growing the brand's affiliations and partnerships
∎ Develop strategies and manage branding campaigns across different platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Develop and execute digital product branding strategies aimed at communicating our brand message across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
∎ Develop as well as execute specific communications guidelines and templates in accordance with the goals and visions of the company.
∎ Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved.
∎ Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
∎ Monitor social media engagement and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Develop and maintain company networking opportunities.
∎ Ensuring that messaging and branding activities are aligned with brand and company values.
∎ Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of branding to maintain consistency in branding.
∎ Meet with clients and work with Trade Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales Team, Business Development Team and colleagues across multiple departments of the company.
∎ Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends and keep brand up to date.
∎ Plan, overview and review the scheduling of Branding campaigns, Branding communications regularly along with the allocated budget.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
∎ Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the ROI of digital branding campaigns.
∎ Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports.
∎ Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
∎ Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market as well as analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
∎ Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
∎ Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets.
∎ Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
∎ Prepare periodical reports/presentations
∎ Visit, check and maintain outdoor branding assets regularly
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidates experienced on aluminium or building materials industry will get preference
∎ Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
∎ Creative thinker and problem solver, able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
∎ Proven hands-on experience in branding and communication as an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager in relevant field.
∎ Should have excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
∎ Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solves problems quickly and communicates clearly.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Strong work ethic.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude.
∎ The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite manner & attractive personality.
∎ Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health.
