Responsibilities & Context:
∎ JOB CONTEXT: DHAKATHAI ALCOMAXX PLC (Dhaka Thai Limited) is looking for a high performing Manager, Sales and Marketing of its own branded Accessories to plan, develop and execute the sales and marketing activities.
∎ PRODUCTS: Aluminium profile accessories. To Prepare sales budget and forecast, promotional plans of the assigned Aluminium profile accessories to remain accountable for the business performance are the main purpose of this position.
∎ EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Year by year contract, based on performance.
∎ REPORTING AUTHORITY: Managing Director
∎ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing and sales strategy and planning to grab the market share of accessories items.
∎ Supply chain planning to ensure the business growth.
∎ Establish customer services and supports for this new business.
∎ Cost analysis, budget and profit sand los calculation and ensure profitable business growth.
∎ Annual business planning and follow-up to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
∎ Develop area wise sales planning and follow up.Prepare marketing strategy.
∎ Prepare sales and collection policy.
∎ Visit areas and prepare competitors market position data analysis.
∎ Weekly and monthly report preparation for top management.
