∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Fresh to 2 years of MIS, Data Entry experience·
∎ Must be familiar with MS Office – especially good at MS Excel
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data.
∎ Sufficient speed of typing.
∎ Contractual employment, but there is scope to regularize as permanent employee based on satisfactory performance.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources, including sales reports, inventory records.
∎ Enter the data into Excel, ERP system and generate reports out of the data.
∎ Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support management in understanding business performance, market trends, and consumer behavior.
∎ Collaborate with different departments to identify data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
∎ Keeping records of daily production, daily stock consumption, daily work in process and keep database of all kinds of inventories and stock.
