Job Context:
∎ Seeking an exceptional, experienced, and dynamic Assistant Brand Manager to build the future success of our exciting and fast-expanding business, working to deliver sustainable and long-term growth. We`re the country`s leader in Aesthetic, Laser treatment and Beauty care
∎ 10 am to 7 pm (6 days in a week)
∎ One hour lunch break
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office (Baridhara DOHS)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Brand positioning, Strategy, 360 degree campaign to establish a particular brand in the market.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion for the brand and take necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Develop business plans and marketing strategy and monitor proper implementation to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
∎ Look after the proper execution of marketing promotional activities with the support of long term strategies in the market.
∎ Develop, schedule, place and oversee all company advertising, creative, press release, service package, offer and pricing.
∎ Responsible for marketing/advertising budget and all marketing reporting.
∎ Develop marketing content for corporate web pages, publications, and collateral
∎ material.
∎ Maintaining and growing the brand's affiliations and partnerships.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Will get preference if you have proven experience working at an aesthetic/laser center
∎ and beauty salon.
∎ Top-notch English - it doesn't have to be your mother-tongue but grammar and
∎ self-expression must be on a super-high level
∎ A good experience in digital marketing
∎ Excellent leadership and management skills
∎ Good in expressing your thoughts and plan
∎ Having ability of analysing competitors and current trends
