Additional Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of cement industry dynamics, trade marketing practices, and dealer–retailer network operations.

  • Proven ability to execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities with hands-on involvement and field-level coordination.

  • Experience in working with advertising, digital, and research agencies, including briefing, follow-up, and execution monitoring.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with factory, sales, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

  • Sound knowledge of POSM management, outdoor branding, trade promotions, and market activation programs.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, consumer insights, and competitor activities for actionable brand decisions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic reporting & presentation skills.

Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in Bangladesh with a strong presence in the cement industry. MGI manufactures and markets Fresh Cement, Meghna Delux Cement, and Dhalai Special Cement, serving nationwide infrastructure and construction needs.

MGI is seeking highly motivated, proactive, and energetic professionals for its Cement Brand Department. The selected incumbent will be responsible for supporting and executing brand and marketing initiatives for the assigned cement brands and will report to the Department Head for assigned duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing activities for Fresh Cement, Meghna Delux Cement, and Dhalai Special Cement to achieve overall brand strategy objectives.

  • Collaborate with advertising and research agencies to plan and execute brand activities.

  • Manage digital marketing and social media platforms to promote products and strengthen brand presence.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between brand initiatives and overall business objectives.

  • Ensure timely delivery of communication materials for BTL activities and actively participate in and execute BTL initiatives such as events, outdoor campaigns, etc.

  • Organize events and activations as per the plan to effectively reach the brand’s target group (TG).

  • Maintain effective communication with the factory, dealers, retailers, sales teams, and agencies to ensure promotional offers reach all relevant parties efficiently.

  • Execute and monitor the distribution of POSM, gift items, outdoor branding, and other promotional materials.

  • Analyze consumer insights to support product improvements and drive innovation.

  • Assist in handling product complaints from the market and factory, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
