Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master’s Degree in: Accounting, Finance, Marketing or Public Administration is prefrerred.
∎ Skills Required: Effective Communication, Excellent Presentation Skills, Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, assess and shortlist feasible proposals to be funded by the Foundation of a reputed bank.
∎ Review Approval Notes / Memo before placing for approval of the Management / Governing Body.
∎ Liaise with Group Finance (GF) to ensure timely payments to CSR partners after processing of the Payment Notes.
∎ Visit new projects before placing for Management approval.
∎ Prepare PPT of visit report.
∎ Prepare Agenda, Compliance Statement, Memo, Ratification Memo, Project Proposal, etc. before the Foundation's Meeting.
∎ Review Meeting Minutes and liaise with the Board Division for sharing with the Governing Body.
∎ Deal with the media for the coverage of Foundation events.
∎ Drafting of MoUs, Policies, etc.
∎ Drafting of write-ups for different publications
∎ Ensure proper utilization of budget.
∎ Assist the CEO and Senior Management as and when required.
∎ Maintain records and files.
∎ Gather and maintain CSR activities of peer banks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in: Office Management, Documentation Management & Understanding of Regulatory Requirements.
∎ Candidates with Mobility, Creativity & Inclination for problem solving will get preferences
