∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare architectural concept design and detailed working drawings and specifications. prepare 3D model of the specific project.
∎ Update/Prepare as built drawing time to time that ensuring all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards and factory compliance.
∎ Working as a team member with engineers and other professionals to prepare plan, elevation and working drawing that meet their requirements.
∎ Prepare technical documents such as project proposal, project schedule and related works.
∎ Co-ordinate with consultant and suppliers to collect machineries load data, Process drawing.
∎ Visit projects to check the proper execution of on-going construction works with intimation to site engineer as per drawings .
∎ Build network and work closely with Contractor, Consultant & Report to higher management regularly.
∎ Vast knowledge on Auto CAD, 3D Max with V-Ray render & Adobe Photoshop, Art, Sketch & MS office
