∎ Sales Strategy & Execution:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Optrium’s animal feed ingredients in the market.
∎ Identify and target potential customers in the animal feed, livestock, and agriculture sectors, including feed mills, livestock farms, distributors, and traders.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving new business opportunities and increasing market share.
∎ Prepare and present customized proposals to clients based on their specific requirements and feed formulation needs.
∎ Marketing & Brand Promotion:
∎ Develop and execute marketing campaigns, product positioning, and promotional strategies to increase awareness and drive demand for Optrium’s animal feed ingredients.
∎ Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content to support sales efforts.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation and brand growth.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
∎ Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
∎ Payment collection for the sales made within the stipulated time.
∎ Market Research & Reporting:
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential gaps in the market.
∎ Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for product development, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
∎ Collaboration with Internal Teams:
