Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc from reputed university, Biological Science will be preferred. Master's degree will be considered as advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product sourcing based on company requirement from international and local sources.
∎ Import management and associated communication and documentation with bank, supplier, C&F agent and logistics team.
∎ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
∎ Developing and maintaining detailed inventories of materials and supplies associated with company's import and sales.
∎ Analyzing current inventories and executing order if deemed necessary.
∎ Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
∎ Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
∎ Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent verbal and written English and Bangla communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ 1-2 years' experience in the relevant field is preferred.
