Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Find prospective client by door-to-door visit.
Provide detailed property presentations, site visits, and investment insights.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Participate in sales training, meetings, and events as required.
