Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Manager/ Senior Manager – Administration will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of the corporate office to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Canteen Management & Administrative Operations

  • Oversee daily canteen operations ensuring timely and hygienic food for employees.

  • Monitor food quality, hygiene standard, Control food costs

  • Manage canteen vendors, contracts

  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities and dining areas.

Housekeeping & Facility Management

  • Supervise housekeeping/ office attendants’ teams to maintain cleanliness across offices, washroom, and common areas.

  • Monitor daily general service requirements including cleaning staff, messengers, and support personnel.

  • Coordinate maintenance and minor repair works across facilities.

Travel Desk Management

  • Supervise travel arrangements including air tickets, hotel bookings, and itineraries for employees

  • Maintain travel records, approvals, and travel budgets.

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics.

 Regulatory & License Management

  • Manage all regulatory approvals and license renewals with government authorities including: BIDA, BEZA, SB (Special Branch), NSI, Fire Service and Civil Defense Authority, RJSC, City Corporation, DESCO, DPDC, Titas Gas, RAJUK etc.

  • Maintain updated documentation and license records.

  • Manage expatriate administrative services including: Visa processing, Work permits

Hospitality & Guest Management

  • Manage hospitality arrangements for: Foreign guests, team members

  • Coordinate logistics for official visits and corporate events.

  • Ensure professional guest experience aligned with corporate standards.
