Job Purpose:
To manage administrative operations ensuring a safe, compliant, and cost-effective workplace that supports uninterrupted PSP business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Office & Facility Management:
- Manage office facilities, utilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
- Coordinate office space planning and infrastructure requirements.
- Ensure workplace safety, fire safety, and compliance standards.
2. Vendor & Asset Management:
- Manage vendors for transport, catering, security, and other services.
- Maintain inventory of office assets and ensure proper asset utilization.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and services following approval processes.
3. Administrative Support:
- Support employee transport, travel arrangements, and accommodation when required.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and official programs.
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, and service agreements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in administration or facilities management.
- Experience in corporate or PSP environment preferred.
