Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Part qualified CA
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Audit, Finance, Internal Control Systems, Tax and VAT

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain chart of accounts and mapping GL with Financial Statements.
∎ Check regularly GL balances to see whether there is any unusual balance and take necessary actions, if required.
∎ Carry out periodic analysis of financial information and seek for reasons of variances.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly report and Financial Statements within deadlines.
∎ Ensure timely adoption of accounting standard, if any, issued by competent authority.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
∎ Review opening of new GL, modification of GL and approve vouchers in the Tally.
∎ Ensure the implementation of the related processes and review regularly the processes to make any amendments thereto if required.
∎ The incumbent shall review and reconcile outstanding balances with vendors on quarterly basis.
∎ The incumbent has to ensure timely preparation and submission documents, reports required to be submitted before the Board Audit Committee meeting and Board meeting.
∎ Any other job assigned by his supervisor time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Pursuing professional degrees. The incumbent shall have through knowledge in Accounting Standards, Internal Control Systems, Banking, Forex guidelines of Bangladesh Bank, Tax Ordinance 1984 and VAT and SD act 2012. Also the incumbent should have robust knowledge in Tally software.
∎ 2 to 3 years experience in Finance and Accounts will be added advantage
