Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/Finance from reputed university with CA(CC).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the smooth functioning of the overall accounting operations of the farm, hatchery, and sales office as per company policy.
∎ Prepare and maintain accounting transactions records, creditors and debtors control, and other related accounting activities.
∎ Responsible for managing cash operations, such as: expenses payable, maintenance of maximum and minimum balances, cash verification and recording, etc.
∎ Analyze and prepare a weekly and monthly operation budget and provide a fund requisition.
∎ Implement procedures for custody and control of fixed assets by maintaining records in the register and verifying physical stock.
∎ Ensure store operation is fully functional in its capacity and capable of providing the required support for raw materials and spare parts needs.
∎ Drive and provide a basic understanding of the safety standards of stored items to all staff in the warehouse and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
∎ Prepare all kinds of accounting and financial summary reports required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The post holder will be expected to:
∎ have excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ have sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel
∎ have ability to work under pressure and travel extensively
Salary:
∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
