∎ CCNA local academic certificate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Active Directory Users and Groups for entire Middle East & South Asia.
∎ Provide 2nd level support to MESA Service Desk for any escalations.
∎ Monitor Nutanix Cluster and checks Health.
∎ Upgrade and Patch's all the servers and clients for Region Middle East & South ASIA using Manage Engine Desktop Central
∎ Provide 2nd level Support to Citrix VDI users and maintain iVanti for managing users VDI O365 license policies.
∎ SCCM administrator for creating any site or deploying any package for MESA region.
∎ Attend global calls for any System/server related topic.
∎ Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
∎ Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
∎ Upgrade and configure system software that supports GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.
∎ Learn and become proficient with core technologies.
∎ Provide supports to any System/Server related to all countries in MESA region.
∎ Share knowledge within team member to maintain System Standard.
∎ Provide Tier II/other support per request from various locations on MESA region, Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
∎ Making technical documentation on our confluence for future reference
