Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma-in-Engineering/Bachelor Degree from any reputed University/Institution with good academic records, preferably 02 (two) years' experience in similar position from any reputed organization.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To teach the students as per academic schedules and curriculum.
∎ To develop lesson plan and workshop/laboratory instruction sheet.
∎ To supervise/monitor the works/tasks of the student in the classes.
∎ To render additional support in making any concept/subject issue.
∎ To associate the students with the co-curricular activities.
∎ To motivate and counsel students to ensure regular attendance in the classes.
∎ To communicate with parents/guardian in relevant cases.
∎ To assist in admission of students.
∎ To maintain students profile and examination records.
∎ To prepare and maintain documents related to NSDA/BTEB as per requirement.
∎ To make effective use/re-use of teaching resources and equipment etc.
∎ To carryout periodic/timely maintenance of the teaching equipment etc.
∎ To assist in preparing departmental budget (if any).
∎ To Promote and contribute to ongoing efforts towards gender equity & equality, child/staff protection & safeguard, inclusiveness, accessibility and discrimination free environment in the workplace and operations/activities/plans. In applicable cases, ensure that necessary budget allocation is there and in KPIs these issues are reflected regarding employees under supervision.
∎ To maintain total secrecy and confidentiality in respect of the institutional affairs and uphold the dignity of the institution.
∎ To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the authority/center-manager/departmental head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ General Requirements:
∎ Must be computer literate
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla
∎ Work fast and efficiently
∎ Self Managing Ability
∎ Knowledge of labour law, UN-CHR, OHS, WASH is highly desired.
∎ Practical Knowledge in CBTA, RTO, RPL, CS is desired.
∎ Vast knowledge in Practical based training.
∎ Experience in train domestic worker is preferred
∎ Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
∎ Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
∎ Highly responsible and can impart knowledge to others effectively.
∎ Excellent knowledge of high standard domestic works and methods.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications
∎ Salary as per project/organizational policy.
