Job Context:
∎ Tech Rajshahi is a rapidly growing IT company based in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, specializing in eCommerce solutions and services. We serve USA-based eCommerce sellers, providing them with comprehensive support to navigate the competitive online marketplace.
∎ We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR & Accounts Officer to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our HR and finance functions, ensuring organizational efficiency and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
∎ Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
∎ Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
∎ Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
∎ Assist in HR reporting and data management.
∎ Accounts Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
∎ Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
∎ Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
∎ Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and financial analysis.
∎ Assist with audits and compliance with financial regulations.
