Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
∎ Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to maximize performance and revenue.
∎ Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales plans.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
∎ Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
∎ Set individual and team sales targets and ensure their achievement.
∎ Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and skill development programs.
