Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all kinds of technical issue (Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing & AOP).
∎ Bridge management between Textile & Garment unit.
∎ Analyze problems which are facing garment unit.
∎ Develop solution and implement in production unit.
∎ Follow-up on time quality fabric development.
∎ Follow-up top 5 defects and maintain the TNA.
∎ Responsible for the first bulk approval from buyer/buying house.
∎ Risk analysis.
∎ Follow-up the bulk production to meet quality.
∎ Responsible to provide necessary support and update to buyer.
∎ Assist line manager for overall activities of knitting, dyeing, finishing and discuss in case of any technical issue.
∎ Give feedback & communicate with internal & external stakeholders to meet submission deadline.
∎ Monitor and analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and engineering, to streamline operations and resolve technical issues.
∎ Continuously evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
