Hands-on experience to run billing and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Payment Gateway etc) and maintain their day-to-day life cycle.
Proven experience to serve large scale production-grade customer-facing applications and ability to manage operations for 24x7 support services.
Clear understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Business Continuity Management, SLA, OLA, Application Security & Risk Management, Inventory & Data Governance, Project Management, Application Lifecycle Management IT Governance and Cloud Technology.
Strong expertise in solution design for both On-premises and Cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
6+ years of strong working experience with Linux/Unix based large scale customers facing applications.
Hands on working experience of RDBMS: MySQL/ PostgreSQL/ Oracle/MSSQL/NoSQL
Experience on tuning, scaling web servers (Nginx, Apache, Tomcat).
Expertise on database design, scalability, performance tuning & optimization.
Expert knowledge of Python/ Bash scripting.
Must have expertise in monitoring & logging tools such as Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, Prometheus etc.
3+ years of development experience will be plus.
Hands-on experience in server, application & database hardening.
Strong knowledge of system integration, API management, and cloud technologies.
Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen to interact with many different departments and decision makers within the organization.
Excellent business communication & negotiation skills.
Oversee the architecture, deployment and maintenance of billing and enterprise systems.
Implement measures to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
Drive the integration of new services and models into the billing and enterprise ecosystem.
Manage day-to-day operations, monitor their progress toward goals, and maintain service availability and performance.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Protects both application and data by implementing and installing security measures, maintaining security compliance and taking necessary precautions.
Ensure system scalability and performance to support organizational growth.
Ensure that deliverables are successfully delivered to end customers. Conduct regular reviews to assess performance and capture best practices for future deliverables.
Actively manage all budgetary requirements to support short-to-long business vision.
Assess and ensure business demand aligns with investment plans & strategy.
Facilitate the alignment between Technology and Business, serving as a liaison to represent Technology in business discussions while ensuring the development of essential technology capabilities to meet business needs.
Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor system performance and team productivity.
Manage vendor relationships, SLAs and compliance for system-related contracts.
Supervise, motivate and review staff performance, initiate training and coaching to improve efficiency and design & drive employees career progression.
Responsible for team productivity improvements through the selection of the right tools, techniques & processes.
Ensure implementation & practice of the company’s compliance guidelines and processes throughout the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and manage resource allocation.
