Ability to interpret sales data and market intelligence to drive decisions.
Comfortable with frequent travel and field visits.
High level of business acumen, strategic mindset, and results-orientation.

Job Summary
The position “AGM – Sales & Distribution” will spearhead the sales & distribution operations of Apple products across dealer networks and showrooms in Bangladesh. This role involves strategic planning, distribution partner management, team leadership, and achieving targets in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales & distribution strategies to meet and exceed organizational targets.
- Conduct frequent market visits to identify new opportunities, evaluate dealer strengths and ensure channel health.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing distributors, ensuring strong follow-up and service delivery.
- Identify, onboard and manage distribution partners and dealers across the country.
- Negotiate pricing, product range, commission structures and finalize agreements with dealers/distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and channel performance to steer strategic decisions.
- Ensure optimal product availability, allocation and visibility across all channels and showrooms.
- Track, monitor and evaluate team & individual KPIs, weekly/monthly/quarterly results, and report to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, service, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales/distribution operations.
