• Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing deadlines and opportunities

• Knowledge of budgeting, sales, business operations and development, and strategic planning, with an in-depth understanding of financial statements, procurement, and supply chain processes

• Ability to manage sales and distribution networks and improve their effectiveness and efficiency

• Excellent work prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging environments

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Coordinate the sales team in preparing annual, monthly, and weekly business plans, sales budgets, and target plans to maximize profits and ensure the achievement of sales targets at the national level.

• Coordinate the distribution and redistribution of AI materials, semen, LN₂, and dairy-related materials among team members and across operational areas.

• Plan capacity development initiatives for sales staff, AI workers, and farmers to ensure stakeholder retention at the national level through staff motivation. Coordinate service delivery activities for stakeholders.

• Conduct market surveys and analyses, prepare market information for new markets, and identify opportunities for market expansion to accelerate sales. Provide feedback to the production team for the development of new product lines.

• Coordinate sales promotion activities with the Marketing Department and oversee their implementation by the sales team. Assist in applying innovative and current sales and marketing techniques, considering competitors` activities, to increase market share and reduce field-level conflicts.

• Coordinate and supervise the planning and distribution of AI materials, semen, and liquid nitrogen to sales centers and AI workers, along with the recovery of outstanding loans and inventory management at the national level.

• Establish and maintain business relationships with stakeholders, relevant organizations, government and non-government organizations, and BRAC programs while following national policies.

• Coordinate the monitoring and supervision of the preparation and analysis of all types of national reports for submission to the management. Assist in bull selection, R&D, and other related activities.

• Arrange regular meetings with staff, AI workers, and dairy and livestock farmers regarding planned sales activities. Attend and present at seminars, symposiums, and professional development forums. Participate in high-level meetings with government and non-government organizations.

• Share sales analyses with the management to support further expansion, development, and decision-making related to the enterprise.

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action and also follow the Gender Policy.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
