Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
∎ Assist in designing and implementing strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Implement the Company Objectives in the market and achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with divisional plans.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
∎ Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
∎ Provide regular feedback to the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience managing a high performance sales team
∎ An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
∎ Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
∎ Strong communication and team management skills
∎ Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
