Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Modifying existing products & processes and developing new product.
∎ Checking and improving safety and quality control procedures from the raw material stage through to the finished product.
∎ Researching current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts.
∎ Preparing product costing based on raw materials and manufacturing cost to ensure profitable products.
∎ Running trials of new products- either alongside or together with product development, production, QC.
∎ Coordinating the launching of new products.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints if arise.
∎ Compiling, checking and confirming product specifications, labeling, packaging dimension & Material specifications.
∎ Working on packaging innovation and technology.
∎ Designing the processes and machinery for making products with a consistent flavor, color and texture in large quantities.

∎ Should be able to develop the manufacturing processes and recipes of food products.
