We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager who will be responsible for the Quality Department in a Sweater Factory.

Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.

• Have strong strategic skills and the ability to develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the company`s quality assurance systems and policies to standard as per the customer demand.

• Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / quality guidelines for the process and ensure quality as per standard.

• Create a strategic plan to reduce quality defect issues during the production process of the producers.

• Review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.

• Develop and analyze data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish the proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.

• Monitor and collect customer satisfaction and feedback regarding product quality for further improvement.

• Train and develop the quality staff to enhance their capacity, productivity, and quality by demonstrating strong leadership.

• Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.

• Implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization.

• Conduct inline, midline, and pre-final inspection on self to ensure that final inspection will be okay as per buyer standard.

• Make quality standards and develop the system as an ISO-certified organization.

• Monitor the defects observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.

• Take necessary action or inform the authorities If any discrepancies happen.

• Report any deviation in the QA system to the management.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
