Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the Marketing Team of Foy`s Lake Complex, Chattogram to ensure yearly target of Foy`s Lake Complex as per AOP.
Preparing Marketing & Promotion Plan for Foy`s Lake Complex, Chattogram to increase revenue of Foy`s Lake Complex, Chattogram.
Planning & Organizing of events, activation & promotion for Foy`s Lake Complex to increase visitor of Foy`s Lake Complex.
Coordination of school, University & Market Activation Program for Foy`s Lake Complex to increase visitor from this sector.
Coordination with Concord Entertainment Limited (CEnCL) Head Office marketing team to different types of marketing & sales related activities for Foy`s Lake Complex.
Sourcing potential sponsor & coordinate with existing sponsor of Foy`s Lake Complex to meet the sponsorship target as per AOP.
Maintain association with different corporates, garments, NGO, Associations & Govt. bodies for group visit/package program at Foy`s Lake Complex.
Monitor sales team activities and plan to increase the package sales of Foy`s Lake and lead the sales team to achieve the sales target of Foy`s Lake Complex.
Coordinate with other departments of Foy`s Lake Complex for smooth operation and development of the operation of Foy`s Lake Complex.
