Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall performance of the airline ticketing department.
Provide visionary leadership to the team, setting clear objectives and goals aligned with the company`s mission and vision.
Look after the training and welfare of all men under command.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day ticketing operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry regulations.
Monitor and analyze ticketing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Able to generate daily reports for higher management.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of ticketing/Tour & Travel professionals.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Customer Service:
Implement customer-centric strategies to enhance the overall passenger experience during ticketing and other travel agency related services.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Revenue Management:
Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions on pricing and promotional strategies.
Radius risk and adopt policy guidelines given by top management.
Technology Integration:
Stay abreast of technological advancements in ticketing systems and implement upgrades or new systems to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including ticketing policies, aviation laws, and security protocols.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the department budget, monitoring expenses, and revenue performance.
Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
