Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets within the government and private sectors.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government and private organizations, identifying and capitalizing on B2B sales opportunities.
∎ Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process for government and private sector clients, including proposal preparation, submission, and negotiations.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of corporate orders, meeting the unique requirements of government and private entities.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the government and private sectors to identify potential business opportunities.
∎ Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback within the specified sectors.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
∎ Promote brand and executive business to high officials in both the public and private sectors.
∎ Ensure timely collections of payments and receivables.
∎ Prepare an effective sales plan within a set plan, target, budget, and deadlines.

∎ The Manager for Corporate Sales, B2B, and Tender (Government & Private) will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales specifically in the government and private sectors. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales, corporate relationship management, and expertise in handling tender processes, especially within government entities and private enterprises.
