Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, develop, and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs in line with the vision, mission, and growth objectives of Salmon Developers Limited.
Lead manpower planning for corporate office, sales teams, project sites, and support functions.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, confirmation, and deployment of employees.
Implement and monitor performance management systems, appraisal processes, promotion, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure effective employee relations, grievance handling, counseling, and conflict resolution to maintain a productive work environment.
Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and statutory requirements applicable to the real estate sector.
Identify training and development needs and arrange leadership, discipline, safety, and skill development programs.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and reporting systems.
Administration & Office Operations
Oversee all administrative functions of the Head Office, site offices, and project locations of Salmon Developers Limited.
Ensure efficient office management, including logistics, utilities, transport, accommodation (if applicable), and facility maintenance.
Supervise security arrangements for corporate offices, construction sites, land assets, and company properties.
Manage asset control, inventory management, and administrative procurement coordination in line with company policy.
Supervise support staff including drivers, security personnel, office assistants, and housekeeping staff.
Establish and enforce administrative discipline, attendance control, and operational efficiency across all departments.
Strategic & Leadership Role
Act as a key member of the management team, contributing to organizational planning, manpower optimization, and operational effectiveness.
Advise senior management on organizational structure, risk management, crisis handling, and contingency planning, especially for project sites.
Prepare and submit regular HR & Admin reports to top management, including manpower status, compliance updates, and administrative performance.
Support management initiatives aimed at organizational growth, discipline, cost control, and productivity improvement.
Coordination & Special Assignments
Coordinate closely with Sales, Project, Engineering, Finance, CRM, and Legal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Serve as a bridge between top management and employees, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Perform any special duties or assignments assigned by the Managing Director or top management from time to time.
