Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Animal Husbandry/Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that best practice in incubation is carried out in all hatcheries
∎ Monitor the progress of hatchery performance and take corrective action to get best quality chicks
∎ Ensure that all incubators and other equipments are well maintained as per manufacturers' instruction
∎ Make regular visit to hatcheries in multiple locations across the country
∎ Assist in selecting, developing and evaluating staffs at all levels to maximize their productivity and completence with on-the-job training, as and when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years in poultry hatchery
