Educational Requirements:
∎ DVM/B.Sc in Animal Husbandry from reputed university; M.Sc in Poultry Science/Medicine will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise several farm managers and second men to ensure business objectives of different farms are achieved
∎ Responsible for planning, organizing and managing operation of GP farms and Breeder farms
∎ Supervise and monitor overall farm preparation, flock intake, brooding, growing and production
∎ Maintain a healthy, disease free and safe environment for flock by ensuring adherence to bio-security standard of Kazi Farms
∎ Conduct candling process to find out the dead embryo, infertile & breakout eggs, etc. to increase hatchability
∎ Assist the farm managers to plan, schedule and execute the vaccination and medication program to ensure flock health
∎ Ensure overall productivity and liveability of flock in various types of farms operations in consultation with the farm manager and consultants (where necessary)
∎ Research, initiate and establish an enriched farm operational procedure by educating farm managers and supervisors
∎ Supervise administrative responsibilities of farm management and adhered as per policy
∎ Follow up overall maintenance of farm machineries including schedules, breakdowns, preventive & repair maintenance
∎ Foresee and control financial objectives of farm business by forecasting requirements, preparing budget, scheduling expenditures and analysing variances
∎ Plan and implement initiatives to optimize cost of farm operations
∎ Ensure development and updation of SOPs as per the existing processes of farm production and maintenance if necessary.

∎ Have excellent communication and analytical skill
∎ Have direct exposure of managing GP & Breeder farm operation

∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
