Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning (ERP) system's life-cycle
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to support new technologiesand business needs of Enterprise Applications
∎ Manage requirements from different stakeholders to plan for building & modernizing EnterpriseApplications like ERP in alignment with Business Plan
∎ Perform analysis and exploration in fi nding new IT solution and optimization opportunities to supportenterprise business growth
∎ Plan for capacity in line with business growth and ensure technology readiness accordingly
∎ Ensure service availability, focus on cost effi ciency without impacting service quality and effi cientlymanagement of ERP and other Enterprise Applications
∎ Preparation and establishment of budget & business plan in accordance with the enterprisebusiness plan to achieve Technology objectives
∎ Negotiate with the vendors and business partners to ensure best solution at optimum price
∎ Identify training requirements to develop skill of the team, manage performance of direct reportsthrough objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation toachieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support,guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensurethe implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourageothers to do so.

∎ Managing any large-scale ERP applications (Development, Implementation, Operations)
∎ IT solution procurement (SOW preparation, vendor and solution evaluation)
∎ IT Project Management (PMP/Prince2/Agile)
∎ IT Service Management (ITIL framework)
∎ Supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Interpersonal relationship
∎ Communication and negotiation skills
∎ Must have extensive knowledge on ERP and other Enterprise Applications.
∎ Business process understanding (procurement, production, inventory management, sales and distribution, finance and accounting, management reporting, etc.)
∎ Software development life-cycle
∎ Knowledge of application architecture, database architecture, infrastructure platforms
∎ Updated with modern technology trend in relevant domains
∎ In depth Analytical ability.
∎ Must respect and maintain organizational values and policies.
∎ Ability to identify and analyze complex issues
∎ Able to maintain confidentiality about all legal matters
∎ Ability to drive high-quality work under deadlines
