  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, Labour Act, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in workforce management, industrial relations, and factory administration.

  • High integrity, discipline, and loyalty to organizational goals..
  • Strong ethical standards, loyalty, and integrity in representing top management’s directives.
  • Experience in managing housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
  • Physically fit with the ability to maintain active presence across factory operations.

Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview:

The Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager will look after administration and compliance in our integrated textile mills. He will ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law. He will also be responsible for housekeeping to keep the workplace clean, safe, and productive. He will support top management by turning their vision into practical actions. He will give regular updates to management for better decision-making. The candidate must be proactive, resilient, and hands-on. He should be passionate about his work and able to inspire his team. He must maintain discipline, transparency, and loyalty. He must be physically fit and present in all areas of the factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply administrative and compliance policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies.
  • Implement top management’s vision and direction through practical actions.
  • Manage and monitor housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and productive workplace.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management for effective decision-making.
  • Build and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Administration, Production, Accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure discipline, transparency, and accountability across all departments.
  • Stay actively present in all factory areas to monitor daily operations and workforce needs.
  • Work with other teams to improve production efficiency and meet company goals.
  • Support continuous improvement in administration, compliance, and employee welfare.
