∎ Four H Dyeing & Printing Ltd. is one of the largest textile manufacturing industries looking for a dynamic, energetic, and decision-making capable person who has to handle a challenging position having sufficient knowledge of chemical management, technical, and sustainability.
∎ Job Location: Four H Dyeing & Printing Ltd., Arakan Road, Kalarpool, Capra, Patiya, Chattogram, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the decision of yarn quality sourcing of new supplier, assessing quality report consistency.
∎ Responsible for new sourcing and existing chemical supplier. Decision-maker based on quality performance & any technical matters regarding chemical issues.
∎ Troubleshooting and root cause analysis for any problematic issue in dyeing and Printing.
∎ Check and balance for the cost-effectiveness of any recipe formulation and chemical dosage.
∎ Responsible for any difficulties or failures that arise in production regarding chemicals.
∎ Research and Development on new innovation, sustainability or technology, queries from the buyer, and additional company strength.
∎ Coordination with the buyers for any technical discussion, and limitations & ensure any new development for testing submission.
∎ Ensuring the quality meets the buyer's requirements/standards.
∎ Communication with the material supplier and 3rd party laboratory for any quality issue or test discrepancy.
∎ Total Chemical Management Responsible for sustainability or compliance of all brands or buyers.
∎ Giving Technical guidelines for Laboratory work and manpower responsibilities.
∎ Monitoring Smooth flow between Laboratory & Production.
∎ Participate in the EMS committee and coordinate all aspects of pollution control, chemical management, and environmental health.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work as a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Salary:
∎ Basic Salary - $ 2000.00 per month
House Rent - $ 300.00 per month
Medical - $ 50 per month
Conveyance - $ 50 per month
